First time here and loved the experience! Staff were very nice and friendly and service was quick and efficient. There is such a large selection of seafood to choose from, for the price of $63.99 per person, it is not bad especially considering how much seafood and meat costs. Ordering is easy as each table has their own tablet to place orders but my only gripe was that staff need to enter a code before you can submit to the kitchen. Drinks are self service and you can get as many as you like, from sodas, water, soy milk, green tea. There is also a sauce bar that is kept very clean. Decor is amazing as staff informed me that the paintings on the walls were hand painted by an artist from China. For every 2 people, you get an option of a lobster or another type of seafood. Seafood options range from mussels to class and even razor clams. Plenty of meat and veggie options as well. Although this is supposed to be a hotpot and bbq restaurant, hotpot is the only thing available as the restaurant does not have the proper ventilation installed for the bbq grills, although the grills are right next to the hotpot. That's unfortunate as I was looking forward to grilling some of the seafood. For dessert, they had durian which I tried for the first time. It was super creamy and sweet! I've been missing out this whole time! Overall, our entire experience was great and I would definitely return.
Had a great experience at Chongqing Wharf! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the all-you-can-eat hot pot selection is amazing. Authentic Sichuan flavors, tons of fresh ingredients, and premium seafood like lobster, geoduck, and snow crab legs. Ordering by tablet makes everything easy and fun. Highly recommend!
This is hands down my favorite hot pot place. I've been here many times and will absolutely keep coming back. Every visit is consistently amazing. The food selection is great - from lobster and crab to high-quality meats, sashimi, and so many options to choose from. Everything tastes fresh and premium. The spicy broths are also very good, perfectly spicy and flavorful. The service is also excellent. The staff is very attentive, friendly and on top of everything. It's a bit more expensive than some other hot pot spots in the area but it's 100% worth the price for the quality, variety and overall experience. This place feels like a special treat every tie I go and is genuinely one of my favorite places to eat.
